Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital services only

Resume Craft India, a unit of Nithora Ventures, provides digital career-document services: ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profile optimization. We do not sell or ship physical products. No courier service is used and no shipping or delivery charge applies, whether you are in India, the GCC or elsewhere.

How documents are delivered

All drafts and final documents are delivered electronically through our official channels — WhatsApp (+91 90616 50323) and email (support@resumecraftindia.com). Please make sure the WhatsApp number and email address you give us are correct, and contact us through these channels if you are unsure whether a message came from us.

Delivery timeline

  • We prepare the first draft within 24 hours after we receive both your complete information and the required payment (orders normally start with a 50% advance).
  • This is our usual first-draft timeframe, not a guaranteed final-delivery deadline. It may extend if information is incomplete or clarifications are pending.
  • Final delivery follows your review of the draft, any revisions within the agreed scope, and payment of any remaining balance.

What you receive

  • Resume packages: your ATS resume as a PDF file and an editable Word (DOCX) file.
  • Professional packages: the resume plus a professional cover letter.
  • Complete packages: the resume, a cover letter and LinkedIn profile optimization content.

Exactly what is included depends on the package you purchase; see our Pricing page. Quoted non-standard work (such as Europass CVs) is delivered in the format agreed when it is quoted.

If you have not received a document

If a draft or final document you expected has not arrived, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90616 50323 or email support@resumecraftindia.com and we will check and resend it. Please also check your email spam folder.
