Privacy Policy

What we collect
ATS scanner: the resume file you upload is processed entirely in memory to generate your score and report. It is never written to disk, never stored on our servers and never shared with third parties or AI providers. When you unlock your scan results we ask for your name and WhatsApp number so we can share your report and follow up — that is the only personal data the scanner retains.
Paid services: to write your resume we collect the career information you choose to share with us over WhatsApp or email (work history, education, skills, contact details). This stays between you and us.
How we use it
We use your information only to deliver the service you asked for: generating your scan report, contacting you about your scan or order, and writing your documents. We do not sell or rent personal data, we do not run third-party advertising, and we do not use your resume content to train any AI model.
Where your data lives
Scan leads (name + WhatsApp number) are stored in Netlify Forms and delivered to our business email (Gmail). Client documents and conversations live in WhatsApp and email between you and us. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay and are governed by their privacy policy — we never see or store payment credentials. We receive only a confirmation of payment with basic transaction details.
How long we keep it
Client resume drafts and final documents are retained so we can provide revisions and future updates, unless you ask us to delete them. Scan leads are retained until you ask to be removed. To delete your data, message us on WhatsApp or email resumecraftindia@gmail.com and we will remove it within 7 days.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly required for the website to function.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
