1. Who we are
Resume Craft India (“we”, “us”) is a resume writing service operated from Thrissur, Kerala, India. We provide professionally written, ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters and related career documents for the India and GCC job markets, along with a free online ATS resume scanner at resumecraftindia.com.
2. Services and delivery
Paid services are delivered digitally (DOCX and/or PDF) via WhatsApp or email, normally within 48 hours of receiving both payment and the complete information we need from you. Timelines may extend if information is incomplete or clarifications are pending from your side. Current prices are listed on our website; prices may change, but the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your education, experience and skills. We format, structure and phrase your content professionally — we do not invent qualifications, employers or experience, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. You confirm that content you share with us does not violate any third party’s rights or any confidentiality obligation you may have.
4. Revisions
Every paid resume order includes up to two rounds of revisions requested within 7 days of delivery, covering corrections and reasonable adjustments within the ordered scope. A change of target role or a substantially new set of information counts as a new order, not a revision.
5. No job guarantee
An ATS-optimized resume improves how your profile is parsed and presented, but hiring decisions rest with employers. We do not guarantee interview calls, shortlisting or employment.
6. Free ATS scanner
The scanner is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Scores are automated estimates based on common ATS parsing rules and do not represent any specific employer’s system. Files you scan are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers (see our Privacy Policy).
7. Payments
Payments are collected via UPI, or through our payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Your payment details are handled by the payment provider — we never see or store your card or banking credentials. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, the final resume and cover letter documents we deliver are yours to use freely. Our templates, designs, website content and the scanner remain our property and may not be resold or redistributed as templates or services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thrissur, Kerala.
