1. Who we are
Resume Craft India (“we”, “us”) is an online career-document service. We prepare professionally written, ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization and related career documents for job seekers applying in India, the GCC and other markets, and we offer a free online ATS resume scanner at resumecraftindia.com. Resume Craft India is a unit of Nithora Ventures (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-KL-10-0099095), a proprietorship registered in Ottapalam, Palakkad, Kerala, India. We provide our services entirely online and do not operate a physical store or walk-in office.
2. Services, packages and prices
Our packages and current prices are listed on our Pricing page. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The price depends on your profile (Career Starter or experienced), your completed full-time professional experience and the package you choose — not on your target market. Career Starter pricing is for: Final-year students, freshers and applicants without full-time work experience. Internships, academic projects and training do not count as full-time work experience. Prices may change, but the price agreed when your order is confirmed is the price you pay. If information you provide later shows that a different package applies — for example, substantial full-time professional experience on a Career Starter order — we will pause work, explain the correct price and ask for the difference before continuing. Europass CVs, academic CVs, multiple resume versions and other non-standard work are quoted individually before work starts.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed with our team on WhatsApp and normally start with a 50% advance, with the remaining balance payable before final delivery. Work begins after we receive your complete information and the required payment. Payment may be made through the channels we authorise, such as UPI, bank transfer or a genuine Razorpay payment link issued by Resume Craft India (Nithora Ventures). Payment requests and payment confirmations are sent only through our official WhatsApp number and email addresses listed on our Contact page, or by Razorpay for a payment link we have issued. If you are unsure whether a payment request is genuine, please check with us on these channels before paying. Card, UPI and banking details entered with Razorpay or another payment provider are handled by that provider — we never see or store your card or banking credentials.
4. Delivery
We prepare the first draft within 24 hours after we receive both your complete information and the required payment. This is our usual first-draft timeframe, not a guaranteed final-delivery deadline: final delivery follows your review, any in-scope revisions and, where a balance applies, its payment. Timelines may extend if information is incomplete or clarifications are pending. All deliverables are digital and are sent electronically through our official channels, such as WhatsApp or email; nothing is shipped physically. See our Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy.
5. Revisions
Every paid resume order includes revisions until you approve the final resume. There is no fixed number of revision rounds, as long as the changes stay within the originally agreed scope. Factual corrections and reasonable in-scope adjustments — wording, emphasis, section order and layout — are included. A new target role, major additional experience, a separate resume version, multiple employer-specific versions or a substantial redesign after approval is outside that scope and may require a separate quotation, which we agree with you before starting.
6. Post-delivery support
For six months after your package is completed, we make small corrections and minor updates — factual corrections, contact or location changes, and one simple certification or minor update. Significant rewrites, such as adding a new job, a major new project, a change of target role or a new resume version, are not minor updates and are quoted separately.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your education, experience and skills. We format, structure and phrase your content professionally — we do not invent qualifications, employers or experience, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. You confirm that content you share with us does not violate any third party’s rights or any confidentiality obligation you may have.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
A well-prepared resume can make your experience clearer to recruiters and to applicant tracking systems, but hiring decisions rest with employers. We do not guarantee any ATS score, shortlisting, interview, job offer, employment, visa or recruitment outcome.
9. Free ATS scanner
The scanner is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Scores are automated estimates based on common ATS parsing rules and do not represent any specific employer’s system. Files you scan are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
On full payment, the final resume and cover letter documents we deliver are yours to use freely. Our templates, designs, website content and the scanner remain our property and may not be resold or redistributed as templates or services.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, civil disputes arising from these services may be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction at Ottapalam, Palakkad District, Kerala, India. Nothing in this clause restricts consumers from exercising their statutory rights, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or from approaching any other competent forum available to them under applicable law.
