Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before we begin work on your documents. Once drafting has started (we’ll always tell you when it does), a 50% refund is available up to the point of first-draft delivery. After the first draft is delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Quality concerns
If the delivered document doesn’t match the agreed scope, or contains errors on our side, we will fix it free of charge — every order includes up to two revision rounds within 7 days of delivery. If we are unable to resolve a genuine quality issue after the included revisions, we will refund the order in full. Your satisfaction matters more to us than a single sale.
Non-delivery
If we fail to deliver your order and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
What isn’t refundable
We can’t offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery, for outcomes outside our control (interview calls, shortlisting, job offers), or for delays caused by incomplete information from your side. The free ATS scanner involves no payment and therefore no refunds.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days of approval. To request a refund or cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90616 50323 or email resumecraftindia@gmail.com with your order details.
