Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid services from Resume Craft India, a unit of Nithora Ventures. Our services are digital career documents prepared for you individually; there are no physical goods and nothing to return.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before we begin work on your documents. Once drafting has started (we’ll always tell you when it does), you can still cancel up to the point of first-draft delivery and receive a refund of 50% of the amount you have actually paid. Any unpaid balance is not charged. After the first draft is delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds are calculated on the amount you have actually paid, including paise. If a calculation results in a fraction of a paisa, we round it up in your favour. For example, if you paid a ₹500 advance on a ₹999 package, a cancellation after drafting has started is refunded ₹250 and the ₹499 balance is not charged.

Quality concerns

If the delivered document doesn’t match the agreed scope, or contains errors on our side, we will fix it free of charge — revisions continue until you approve the final resume, within the originally agreed scope. If a quality issue remains unresolved after reasonable in-scope revision attempts, you may request a refund review. Refund eligibility and amount are assessed according to this policy and the work already completed.

A new target role, a new resume version, major new information, a major redesign request, or other work outside the originally agreed scope is not treated as an unresolved quality issue.

Non-delivery

If we fail to deliver your order and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. If you have not received a document you expected, please contact us first so we can check and resend it — see our Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy.

What isn’t refundable

We can’t offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery, for outcomes outside our control (interview calls, shortlisting, job offers), or for delays caused by incomplete information from your side. The free ATS scanner involves no payment and therefore no refunds.

How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90616 50323 or email support@resumecraftindia.com with your name, the WhatsApp number or email you ordered from, and the reason for your request. Please use only these official channels. We review each request against this policy and tell you the outcome.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 business days of approval.
